This workshop is a perfect introduction to Shakespeare:

Helps pupils understand the verse by reading it aloud and making sense of it through performance.
Travel back in time to the 1600s for a chance to learn from the greatest playwright of them all - William Shakespeare!
We'll meet Will himself and learn what life was like in London at the beginning of the 17th Century, learn about his company of actors, The Lord Chamberlain's Men - and then get to business performing plays! Will will explain his trade secrets and styles that made his plays so popular, and so recognisable to us today.
